An advanced surgical instrument for removing pain-causing bone, calcification and soft tissue.

Tenex Health TX is a surgical instrument that fragments, emulsifies and aspirates soft and hard tissue. It uses image guidance for visualization. The cutting action is based on technology used in cataract surgery. With Tenex, physicians can now treat diseased, pain-causing tissue percutaneously through a 3-5mm incision. This minimally invasive procedure is effective in treating chronic tendinosis with ≥80% patient satisfaction,1,7 and allows a return to activity in as little as 6-12 weeks.2
